Calvary Chapel Surprise Women’s Ministry is a ministry designed specifically to meet the needs of women today. Calvary Chapel Surprise offers opportunities for women to gather and fellowship around the Word of God. Our primary concern is to encourage growth in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The purpose of meeting together is so that we can build up one another in the faith, hold each other accountable, pray for one another’s needs and just encourage each other to continue steadfastly in our Christian walk. Our hearts desire is to strengthen women in their faith so that they can go back into their homes, work places and community and be an influence for Christ!
Women’s Morning Bible Study - “Breaking Free”, A video series by Beth Moore – Thursday mornings at 9:30 a.m. through March 29th, 2012. Home school classes will be happening during the Bible Study for kindergarten through 6th Grade. In “Breaking Free”, Beth Moore embarks on a study of selected passages from the book of Isaiah, drawing several parallels between the captive Israelites and today’s Christians, in order to show how to make freedom in Christ a daily reality. Beth Moore teaches readers to remove obstacles that hinder freedom by identifying spiritual strongholds in their lives and overcoming them through the truth of God’s Word – truth that will set them free. Cost of study materials is $25.
